According to the “modular design concept”, items as top-components can be stand-alone wearable items; items as skirt-components are exclusively wearable united with any top-component, of the same size.

Purchasing process

Any steps taken from choosing a Product to order submission form part of the purchasing process.

The purchasing process includes these steps:

• You must choose the desired Products and verify their purchase selection.
• After having reviewed the information displayed in the purchase selection, you may place the order by submitting it.
• All orders are subject to Product availability and acceptance by Minimal Path.

 Order submission

 When you submit an order, the following applies: 

• The submission of an order determines contract conclusion and therefore creates for you the obligation to pay the price, taxes and possible further fees and expenses, as specified on the order page.
  In case the purchased Product requires active input from you, such as the provision of personal information or data, specifications or special wishes, the order submission creates an obligation for you to cooperate accordingly.

Methods of payment

Payment of the product prices and relevant costs for shipping and delivery must be made using one of the methods indicated on the order form. All prices displayed are in Euros and are inclusive of Italian sales Tax (VAT) at the current rate.

We accept all major credit cards. All financial details and information as credit/debit card number or expiration date will be sent to Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd or PayPal (Europe).

Both these companies use a certified encrypted protocol, which guarantees the security of online transactions.

Furthermore, such information will never be collected and used by Minimal Path except for carrying out the procedures related to your purchase or to issue refunds in the case of product returns, after you have exercised your right to cancel.

If payment through the available methods fail or is refused by the payment service provider, Minimal Path shall be under no obligation to fulfil the purchase order. Any possible costs or fees resulting from the failed or refused payment shall be borne by the User.

Retention of Product ownership

Until payment of the total purchase price is received by Minimal Path, any Products ordered shall not become the User’s property.

We ship with international couriers (DHL, BRT-DPDGroup). Expected shipping times are to be considered as a guide only and we are not responsible for any delays caused by credit card authorization processes since the shipping date or any other reasons.

Failed delivery

Minimal Path cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the execution of the purchase order by the User.

Returns Policy

Unless any applicable exception is mentioned below, Users who are European Consumers are granted a statutory cancellation right under EU rules, to withdraw from contracts entered online (distance contracts) within the specified period applicable to their case, for any reason and without justification.

Users that do not fit this qualification, cannot benefit from the rights described in this section.

If you are not fully happy with the products you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable and in perfect condition as when shipped, in their original packaging, with all tags attached

Once returned you will be entitled to receive a refund, (which will not include the cost of the original postage if EXPRESS shipping). We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. For this reason, please look accurately your order upon reception and before removing tags. If you verify defect or damage or any wrong item, contact us immediately at info@unitedseparable.com

Before returning an item ordered online, please send an email at info@unitedseparable.com with your order number and the reason for return.

FREE IT Returns

For Italian customers, once this information has been sent, you will receive a confirmation e-mail (within 48 business hours) containing the return label that must be applied on the package. The customer must contact the courier and arrange the package collection.

For customer outside Italy, we are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.

• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
• Minimal Path is not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
• All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
• Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged during transport.
• Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
• We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return shipping.
• If returned an item from outside IT, please clearly write on the outside of the return package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any customs charges. We are NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
